If you still miss something, please let us know, and we will take care of it. Likewise, please let us know if something is broken or not working.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember to close the windows and turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visitors<\/strong><br \/>\nYou are also welcome to receive visitors in your apartment. At each house, there is an intercom where your visit can ring directly at you. If your visitor also wants to stay the night, please let us know that we will set up a suitable place to sleep, charge for this and fill out the guest sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Parties and events in the apartments are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check out<\/strong><br \/>\nOn the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smoking<\/strong><br \/>\nSmoking is strictly forbidden in all apartments. Therefore, please do not smoke sitting by the window.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavior in the house<\/strong><br \/>\nWe ask you to consider the other neighbors and behave accordingly. Therefore, please also close the apartment door quietly not to disturb the neighbors.<\/p>\n<p>In the apartments with a garden, balcony, or terrace and the inner courtyard of Ferchergasse 19, we ask you to be quiet outside after 10 p.m. Please understand that barbecuing is not allowed.<\/p>\n<p>When you leave the apartment, please lock the apartment door.
