Safety & Fire emergency instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your safety is our top priority. While a fire is very unlikely in our building, we are well prepared \u2013 and kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure everything runs smoothly in case of an emergency. If you have any mobility, vision, or hearing limitations, please inform us at check-in so we can provide you with targeted and prompt assistance in the event of a fire.<\/p>\n

Prevention & Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Smoking in bed and throughout the apartment is strictly prohibited<\/li>\n
  • Do not use your own heating, cooking, or electrical appliances<\/li>\n
  • No open flames in the apartments \u2013 that means no candles or any kind of fire<\/li>\n
  • Never dispose of ashes in wastebaskets<\/li>\n
  • Escape routes and staircases must always remain clear \u2013 do not place any items there<\/li>\n
  • Elevators must not be used in the event of a fire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Fire safety equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Every apartment is equipped with a fire blanket<\/li>\n
    • Fire extinguishers are available as required \u2013 either clearly marked on your floor or inside your apartment<\/li>\n
    • Please familiarize yourself with the locations of fire extinguishers, alarms, and escape routes upon arrival<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In case of fire<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Stay calm<\/li>\n
      • Report the fire immediately:\n
          \n
        • by calling the emergency number 122<\/li>\n
        • or by activating a fire alarm where available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Close doors to prevent the spread of smoke and flames<\/li>\n
        • Take your room key with you<\/li>\n
        • Follow the instructions of the fire brigade or our team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If the escape route is filled with smoke<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Stay in your apartment and close the door<\/li>\n
          • Seal the door with wet towels<\/li>\n
          • Signal for help at the window<\/li>\n
          • Wait for the fire brigade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • The phone number of the 24\/7 emergency contact \u2013 you can reach us at any time, free of charge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              All apartments are equipped with a phone from which you can call our emergency contact or the fire brigade free of charge at any time.<\/p>\n
